Wil jij als verpleegkundige afwisseling, uitdaging én flexibiliteit? In de flexpool van District Utrecht Stad werk je op verschillende locaties, zowel intramuraal als extramuraal. Zo maak je kennis met diverse doelgroepen, teams en zorgvragen, terwijl je jouw expertise breed inzet en blijft ontwikkelen. Gelukkig kun je daarbij rekenen op de kracht van een professioneel en betrokken team.

Dit ga je doen als mbo of hbo Verpleegkundige flexpool

Als mbo of hbo verpleegkundige in de flexpool van Utrecht Stad bepaal jij niet één vaste werkplek, maar zet je jouw kennis en ervaring flexibel in op verschillende intra- en extramurale locaties of wijkteams. Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg, coördineert waar nodig het zorgproces en schakelt moeiteloos tussen diverse cliënten, teams en zorgvragen. Die afwisseling maakt je werk uitdagend, leerzaam en geen dag hetzelfde.

Je komt terecht in een team van (flex)medewerkers die elkaar kennen, ondersteunen en hun expertise meenemen naar verschillende locaties binnen Utrecht Stad. De ene dag werk je op een woonzorglocatie, de andere dag in de wijk, waardoor je veel verschillende doelgroepen, collega's en zorgsituaties leert kennen. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk uniek: je bouwt brede ervaring op, blijft jezelf ontwikkelen en kunt rekenen op de vrijheid en flexibiliteit die bij jouw werk-privébalans past.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45/50: € 3.502 - € 4.822 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Een contract dat het beste past bij jouw wensen, tussen 0 - 36 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
