Goede zorg vraagt om aandacht en nabij leiderschap. Binnen district Delft, Westland, Oostland en Nieuwe-Waterweg Noord bouwen we intramuraal verder aan ons vernieuwde besturingsmodel, waarin jij als manager een zichtbare en verbindende rol speelt in het dagelijks werk.

Voor onze zorglocatie De Vloot in Maassluis zoeken wij een manager die teams inspireert, ondersteunt en in hun kracht zet. Met jouw mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl, gecombineerd met besluitvaardigheid en resultaatgerichtheid, creëer je een omgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen en bewoners kunnen rekenen op de best mogelijke zorg.

Samen met bewoners, naasten en het sociale netwerk werken we aan zorgzame gemeenschappen. Als Manager Zorg geef jij richting aan deze beweging. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, versterkt samenwerkingen en helpt de omslag te maken van ‘zorgen voor’ naar ‘samen leven en zorgen’.

Dit ga je doen als Manager Zorg

Als Manager Zorg combineer je faciliterend leiderschap met resultaatverantwoordelijkheid. Je bent zichtbaar voor je teams en geeft richting aan ontwikkeling en verandering.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Leidinggeven aan en coachen van gemiddeld 70 medewerkers, met aandacht voor ontwikkeling, samenwerking en werkplezier.
  • Vertalen van strategisch beleid en externe ontwikkelingen naar een heldere koers en een concreet jaarplan.
  • Stimuleren van vernieuwing in de zorgpraktijk en toepassen van nieuwe werkwijzen die bijdragen aan toekomstbestendige zorg.
  • Zorgdragen voor kwaliteit van zorg, personele bezetting en gezonde financiële resultaten.
  • Begeleiden van teams in verandering en stimuleren van vakvolwassenheid en eigenaarschap.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van samenwerkingsrelaties met naasten, vrijwilligers, wijkpartners en (regionale) zorgorganisaties.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 65 € 5.414,66 - € 7.263,94 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 32 tot 36 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Zorginhoudelijke kennis op hbo-niveau, aangevuld met managementkennis op post-hbo niveau.
  • Meerjarige leidinggevende ervaring binnen de zorg.
  • Een mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl, gecombineerd met besluitvaardigheid en resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Vermogen om rust te brengen, richting te geven en teams mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Organisatiesensitiviteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Over het team

Als Manager Zorg rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Districtsdirecteur en geef je zelfstandig leiding binnen duidelijke kaders en resultaatafspraken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, continuïteit van zorg en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering, met oog voor zowel mens als resultaat. De rol vraagt om strategisch inzicht en veranderkracht, waarbij je koers vertaalt naar concrete sturing en ontwikkeling van teams. In een organisatie die in ontwikkeling is, verbind je belangen, breng je rust en geef je richting.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
