Voor de zorglocaties Torenhoeve en de Grootenhoek in Hellevoetsluis zijn wij op zoek naar Zorgassistenten. Je werkt op één locatie in Hellevoetsluis maar kan ook indien nodig op een andere locatie ingepland worden. De veilige en vertrouwde sfeer binnen de locaties, gecombineerd met de nauwe samenwerking met mantelzorgers, geeft bewoners een gevoel van geborgenheid en verbondenheid.

Als Zorgassistent draag je bij aan het welzijn van bewoners en maak je dagelijks een waardevol verschil in hun leven.

Je komt terecht in een gezellig en hecht team waarin samenwerking centraal staat en jouw inzet wordt gewaardeerd. Samen zorgen jullie voor een warme woonomgeving waarin bewoners zich thuis voelen.

Dit ga je doen als Zorgassistent

Als Zorgassistent ondersteun je bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten en zorg je ervoor dat de afdeling goed draait. Denk aan helpen bij maaltijden, het klaarzetten van kamers, ondersteunen bij eenvoudige zorgtaken en het creëren van rust en overzicht op de afdeling. Je hebt een scherp oog voor wat bewoners nodig hebben en signaleert bijzonderheden die je deelt met collega’s. Door jouw inzet en betrokkenheid voelen bewoners zich gezien en op hun gemak.

De diensten vinden plaats tussen 07.30 en 21.00 uur. Je werkt in verschillende diensten tussen 4-6 uur, waaronder ochtend-, middag-, avond- en weekenddiensten. Het rooster is 3 maanden van te voren bekend en daarbij kun je altijd kiezen voor 1 vaste vrije dag in de week. Samen met je collega's zorg je iedere dag voor een warme, veilige en vertrouwde omgeving waarin bewoners zich thuis voelen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 15: €2.401,72 - €2.896,76 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Vast contract op basis van 15-20 uur.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
