The posting

Binnen Maria-Oord krijg je de kans om in korte tijd met een grote diversiteit aan doelgroepen, zorgvragen en behandelvormen te werken. Van geriatrische revalidatie tot psychogeriatrie, van NAH en Korsakov tot gerontopsychiatrie: jouw expertise draagt bij aan passende zorg en behandeling voor cliënten in verschillende fases van het leven. Samen met collega-psychologen en andere behandelaren werk je vanuit korte lijnen aan de best mogelijke ondersteuning van cliënten én zorgteams.

Dit ga je doen als Masterpsycholoog / GZ-psycholoog

Je bent onderdeel van het multidisciplinair behandelteam en levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan onderzoek, behandeling, begeleiding en advies. Daarbij werk je zowel binnen Maria-Oord als via het Mobiel Geriatrisch Team bij cliënten thuis.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Verrichten van (neuro)psychologisch onderzoek bij cliënten binnen de locatie en in de thuissituatie.
  • Behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten met uiteenlopende psychologische en neuropsychologische zorgvragen.
  • Adviseren van zorgteams en behandelaren bij complexe casuïstiek en gedragsvraagstukken.
  • Verzorgen van scholing en deskundigheidsbevordering voor zorgprofessionals.
  • Samenwerken binnen multidisciplinaire behandeltrajecten en bijdragen aan kwalitatief goede cliëntenzorg.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 60 (€ 4.627 – € 6.171) voor masterpsychologen of FWG 65 (€ 5.214 - € 7.263) voor GZ‑psychologen.
  • Een tijdelijke functie van november 2026 tot april 2027 in verband met vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof. We krijgen in de regio per januari waarschijnlijk extra formatie voor vaste uren. We horen het graag als je hierin ook geïnteresseerd bent.
  • Een contract van 14 uur per week, verdeeld over 2 werkdagen.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een afgeronde universitaire opleiding Psychologie; voor de functie van GZ‑psycholoog aangevuld met een geldige BIG‑registratie.
  • Een Basisaantekening Psychodiagnostiek (BAPD).
  • Affiniteit met ouderenzorg en een cliëntgerichte visie waarin kwaliteit van leven centraal staat.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd actief samen te werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Over het team

Binnen Maria-Oord werk je samen met twee GZ‑psychologen, twee psychologen in opleiding tot GZ‑psycholoog en een masterpsycholoog. Met elkaar vorm je een hecht team waarin kennisdeling, samenwerking en collegiale ondersteuning vanzelfsprekend zijn. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van de vakgroep Psychologie Utrecht‑West, bestaande uit veertien collega’s die gezamenlijk werken aan vakontwikkeling, innovatie en het delen van expertise.

Maria-Oord kent een grote diversiteit aan doelgroepen, waaronder psychogeriatrie, somatiek, geriatrische revalidatiezorg, gerontopsychiatrie, NAH, Korsakov en dagbehandeling. Hierdoor krijg je de mogelijkheid om je breed te ontwikkelen en met uiteenlopende vraagstukken aan de slag te gaan.
