Careyn Torenhoeve is een kleinschalig zorgcentrum in Hellevoetsluis. Pal naast Careyn Grootenhoek. De woningen zijn gebouwd in een boerderij die in de oude staat gerenoveerd zijn. Careyn Torenhoeve is er voor ouderen die vanwege psychiatrische problemen niet meer thuis kunnen wonen. Als Helpende op de Torenhoeve werk je in een dynamisch zorgcentrum waar complexe zorg, afwisseling en persoonlijke aandacht samenkomen. Terwijl je je omringt met een gezellig en hecht team waarin jouw inzet gewaardeerd wordt.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende

Als Helpende ben je een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners en biedt je ondersteuning bij hun dagelijkse verzorging. Met een scherp oog voor wat nodig is, weet je direct te handelen zodra je binnenkomt. Je houdt van een praatje en begrijpt wat bewoners nodig hebben, ook als ze het niet direct zeggen. Het behouden van hun eigenheid staat voorop, juist wanneer ze kwetsbaarder worden. Zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af, maar je schakelt collega’s in wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

  • Werken in een vast en betrokken team.
  • Werken in 6-8 uursdiensten en een vaste vrije dag per week is mogelijk
  • Tijd om echt iets voor bewoners te betekenen, zoals helpen bij het ontbijt én nog even een praatje maken zonder meteen door te hoeven rennen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 28 uur.
  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 25: € 2.599,21 – € 3.233,35 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
