Bij De Ark kijken we naar de mens achter de zorgvraag. Je ondersteunt mensen met verschillende behoeften: van dementie tot somatische en/of lichte psychogeriatrische problematiek. Wat hen verbindt, is de wens om zich thuis, veilig en vertrouwd te voelen. En daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende (Plus)

Als Helpende (Plus) ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse verzorging en draag je bij aan een prettige dag. Je helpt bij wassen en aankleden, maaltijden en activiteiten. Je signaleert veranderingen en stimuleert mensen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen.

Maar jouw werk is meer dan zorg alleen. Een praatje bij de koffie of rustig naast iemand zitten. Jij maakt het verschil in de kleine dingen, Je werkt samen met collega’s, familie, vrijwilligers en andere zorgprofessionals. Samen creëren jullie een veilige en vertrouwde leefomgeving.

Wat werken in De Ark aantrekkelijk maakt

Geen dag is hier hetzelfde: je geniet van een afwisselende, dynamische werkdag waarin échte verbinding met bewoners centraal staat. Je hebt direct contact en krijgt de tijd en aandacht om écht iets te betekenen voor hun welzijn. De korte diensten van 4 of 5 uur zorgen voor een goed te plannen werkdag.

Daarnaast biedt De Ark een fijne combinatie van een warme werksfeer en een praktische, goed bereikbare locatie. Kom je met de auto? Dan parkeer je gratis op ons eigen terrein, direct voor de deur. Reis je liever met het openbaar vervoer? Tram 16 of 17 brengt je naar halte Wateringse Veld, waar je eenvoudig overstapt op bus 30. Deze stopt namelijk direct voor onze deur.

Midden in het gezellige Wateringen vind je diverse lunchgelegenheden. Liever samen met collega's pauzeren? In ons sfeervolle restaurant kun je genieten van een ontspannen lunch en het gezellige contact met collega's.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 25/30: € 2.599,21 - € 3.410,16 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Na proeftijd een vast contract voor 12 tot 20 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg en vindt het belangrijk dat mensen zich gehoord, gerespecteerd en op hun gemak voelen. Je:

  • hebt een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2,
  • hebt bij voorkeur het certificaat Helpende Plus,
  • bent bevoegd en bekwaam voor de handelingen die bij jouw functie horen,
  • werkt graag samen, maar je kunt je ook zelfstandig goed redden,
  • bent betrokken, flexibel en positief.

Ervaring in de ouderenzorg is fijn, maar jouw persoonlijkheid en motivatie vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
