In de avond en nacht ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht, een scherp observator en een belangrijke schakel in de zorg. Werk jij graag zelfstandig, neem je verantwoordelijkheid en houd je ervan om rust en vertrouwen te brengen? Dan pas jij perfect bij De Ark in Wateringen.

Bij De Ark komen wonen, leven en zorg samen. Juist tijdens de avond- en nachtdiensten maak jij het verschil. Je bent alert op veranderingen, biedt persoonlijke zorg en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners de aandacht krijgen die zij verdienen.

Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG in de avond- en nachtdiensten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn en de zorg van onze bewoners. Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, dient medicatie toe en signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van bewoners. Je rapporteert zorgvuldig, schakelt waar nodig met collega's en andere disciplines en zorgt voor een veilige en rustige woonomgeving.

Werken in een omgeving die bij jou past. De Ark bestaat uit Kleinschalig Wonen voor bewoners met dementie en Verblijf Licht voor bewoners met somatische en/of lichte psychogeriatrische problematiek. Samen kijken we welke afdeling het beste bij je past.

Daarnaast biedt De Ark een fijne combinatie van een warme werksfeer en een praktische, goed bereikbare locatie. Kom je met de auto? Dan parkeer je gratis op ons eigen terrein, direct voor de deur. Reis je liever met het openbaar vervoer? Tram 16 of 17 brengt je naar halte Wateringse Veld, waar je eenvoudig overstapt op bus 30. Deze stopt namelijk direct voor onze deur.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735 - € 3.592 (o.b.v. 36 uur), exclusief de onregelmatigheidstoeslag (ORT).
  • Na proeftijd een vast contract voor 12 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een diploma Verzorgende IG niveau 3.
  • Je voelt je prettig in avond- en nachtdiensten.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en blijft rustig in onverwachte situaties.
  • Oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg.
