Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, naasten en collega’s. Je:

  • ondersteunt bij persoonlijke verzorging en ADL,
  • voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, dient medicatie toe,
  • signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag,
  • rapporteert en registreert zorgvuldig,
  • schakelt collega’s en andere disciplines in wanneer dat nodig is,
  • stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners,
  • draagt bij aan een veilige en prettige leefomgeving,
  • denkt mee over de kwaliteit van zorg.

Je doet wat nodig is, neemt initiatief en houdt altijd oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag.

Je bouwt een band op met bewoners en ontdekt wat voor hen belangrijk is. Een vertrouwd gezicht, een goed gesprek of een verandering die jij op tijd signaleert. Je werkt zelfstandig en tegelijkertijd samen met collega’s en andere disciplines. De Ark heeft twee afdelingen met ieder een eigen karakter: Kleinschalig Wonen en Verblijf Licht. Samen kijken we welke omgeving het beste aansluit bij jouw ervaring, kwaliteiten en interesses.

Daarnaast biedt De Ark een fijne combinatie van een warme werksfeer en een praktische, goed bereikbare locatie. Kom je met de auto? Dan parkeer je gratis op ons eigen terrein, direct voor de deur. Reis je liever met het openbaar vervoer? Tram 16 of 17 brengt je naar halte Wateringse Veld, waar je eenvoudig overstapt op bus 30. Deze stopt namelijk direct voor onze deur.

Midden in het gezellige Wateringen vind je diverse lunchgelegenheden. Liever samen met collega's pauzeren? In ons sfeervolle restaurant kun je genieten van een ontspannen lunch en het gezellige contact met collega's.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735,91 - € 3.592,96 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Na proeftijd een vast contract voor 12 tot 28 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een diploma Verzorgende IG niveau 3.
  • Een professionele en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg.
