Bij De Ark komen wonen, leven en zorg samen. Onze bewoners wonen hier echt thuis. Dat betekent dat we verder kijken dan de zorgvraag alleen. We willen weten wie iemand is, wat belangrijk voor hem of haar is en hoe we iedere dag zo prettig mogelijk kunnen maken.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige

Als mbo-verpleegkundige ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, naasten en collega's. Je:

  • verleent persoonsgerichte verpleegkundige zorg,
  • voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit,
  • signaleert veranderingen en onderneemt actie,
  • werkt mee aan en bewaakt het zorgleefplan,
  • coördineert de zorg wanneer dat nodig is,
  • werkt samen met artsen, behandelaren en andere disciplines,
  • ondersteunt collega's vanuit jouw verpleegkundige deskundigheid,
  • denkt mee over kwaliteit, veiligheid en verbetering van zorg.

Je doet dus wat nodig is voor vandaag én kijkt vooruit naar wat morgen beter kan.

Verschillende zorgomgevingen, één locatie. De Ark heeft twee afdelingen: Kleinschalig Wonen en Verblijf Licht. Beiden hebben hun eigen karakter en zorgvragen. Samen kijken we welke afdeling het beste aansluit bij jouw ervaring, kwaliteiten en interesses.

Daarnaast biedt De Ark een fijne combinatie van een warme werksfeer en een praktische, goed bereikbare locatie. Kom je met de auto? Dan parkeer je gratis op ons eigen terrein, direct voor de deur. Reis je liever met het openbaar vervoer? Tram 16 of 17 brengt je naar halte Wateringse Veld, waar je eenvoudig overstapt op bus 30. Deze stopt namelijk direct voor onze deur.

Midden in het gezellige Wateringen vind je diverse lunchgelegenheden. Liever samen met collega's pauzeren? In ons sfeervolle restaurant kun je genieten van een ontspannen lunch en het gezellige contact met collega's.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502,45 - € 4.245,84 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Na proeftijd een vast contract voor 12 tot 28 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een diploma Mbo Verpleegkunde niveau 4.
  • Een geldige BIG-registratie.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in de ouderenzorg.
  • Een zelfstandige en professionele werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • En vooral: aandacht voor de mens achter de zorgvraag.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
