Ben jij een enthousiaste mbo-verpleegkundige die zich thuis voelt in de palliatieve zorg? Iemand die niet alleen kijkt naar wat medisch nodig is, maar vooral oog heeft voor de mens achter de zorgvraag? Juist in deze fase van het leven draait het om aandacht, rust, waardigheid en er écht zijn voor iemand.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige

Je biedt warme, persoonsgerichte zorg en neemt de tijd om aan te sluiten bij wat iemand nodig heeft. Je begeleidt naasten in een intensieve periode en zorgt samen met collega’s en vrijwilligers voor een veilige, respectvolle omgeving. Je werkt in wisselende diensten, waaronder ook nachtdiensten. Vooral tijdens de nachten heb je naast de directe zorg ook een belangrijke rol in administratieve taken rondom het zorgproces.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit.
  • Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie en onderneemt passende actie.
  • Je bewaakt de continuïteit van zorg tijdens je dienst.
  • Je rapporteert zorgvuldig en houdt administratieve gegevens rondom het zorgproces bij.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, huisartsen en andere disciplines.
  • Je werkt samen met vrijwilligers, die een belangrijke rol hebben binnen het hospice.
  • Je draagt bij aan een rustige, veilige en respectvolle omgeving.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502,45 - € 4.245,84 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Na proeftijd een vast contract voor 12 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Je bent mbo-verpleegkundige met een geldige BIG-registratie.
  • Je hebt ervaring in óf affiniteit met palliatieve zorg.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op.
  • Je bent empathisch, communicatief sterk en houdt het hoofd koel.
  • Je kunt goed schakelen met vrijwilligers, collega’s en andere zorgverleners.

Over het team

Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig en hecht team met betrokken collega’s. Tijdens je diensten werk je daarnaast intensief samen met vrijwilligers, die een belangrijke rol spelen binnen het hospice. Samen zorgen jullie voor een warme, rustige en waardige omgeving voor bewoners en hun naasten.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
