Jij maakt het verschil, gewoon bij mensen thuis. Als mbo-verpleegkundige in Wijkteam Maarssen-Dorp help je cliënten om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig en vertrouwd thuis te blijven wonen. Met jouw deskundigheid, aandacht en zelfstandigheid bied je zorg die ertoe doet, samen met een betrokken team dat altijd voor elkaar klaarstaat.

Dit ga je doen als Verpleegkundige

Als mbo-verpleegkundige in de wijk verricht je verpleegtechnische handelingen, signaleer je zorgbehoeften en ondersteun je cliënten in alle levensfasen. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het opbouwen van een vertrouwensband en werkt zelfstandig, waarbij je initiatief neemt in het coördineren van de zorg. Werken in de wijk biedt dagelijks een unieke inkijk in het leven van cliënten. In nauwe samenwerking met huisartsen en andere disciplines zorg je voor een passende aanpak die aansluit bij de thuissituatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en hun naasten en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit van zorg. Binnen het team draag je actief bij aan kennisdeling en ondersteun je collega’s op inhoudelijk niveau.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502 - € 4.245 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 8 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
