Careyn zet volop in op datagedreven werken. De komende jaren investeren we verder in ons dataplatform, de implementatie van AFAS en de verdere professionalisering van onze informatievoorziening. Hierdoor werk je mee aan organisatiebrede ontwikkelingen die direct impact hebben op de manier waarop Careyn met data en stuurinformatie werkt.

Dit ga je doen als BI Specialist

Als Senior BI-Specialist werk je samen met jouw collega's aan betrouwbare stuurinformatie voor management, ondersteunende diensten en de zorgorganisatie. Je ontwikkelt oplossingen die de organisatie helpen bij sturing en besluitvorming op basis van betrouwbare informatie.

In deze rol combineer je technische BI-kennis met het vermogen om verbinding te leggen tussen de organisatie, ICT en het BI-team. Je begrijpt de informatiebehoefte van gebruikers, weet deze te vertalen naar passende BI-oplossingen en neemt stakeholders mee in de mogelijkheden van data en stuurinformatie. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Business Intelligence binnen Careyn en help je collega's en afdelingen om data beter te benutten.

Concreet betekent dat

  • Je levert stuurinformatie door middel van rapportages, dashboards en analyses.
  • Je vertaalt informatiebehoeften naar praktische BI-oplossingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en beheert semantische modellen en draagt bij aan een betrouwbare informatievoorziening.
  • Je begeleidt werksessies, adviseert stakeholders en fungeert als sparringpartner voor management en gebruikers.
  • Je signaleert kansen op het gebied van datagedreven werken en nieuwe technologische ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar verbeteringen voor de organisatie.
  • Je deelt kennis binnen het team en neemt hen mee in nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het BI-vakgebied.
  • Je levert een bijdrage aan projecten en verandertrajecten binnen Careyn.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze BI-dienstverlening, informatievoorziening en het dataplatform

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

Een uitdagende functie waarin je zichtbaar bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van datagedreven werken binnen Careyn. Je krijgt volop ruimte om jouw kennis, ervaring en ideeën in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen.

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 60: € 4.627,30 - € 6.171,02 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 32 tot 36 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je combineert technische kennis met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen gebruikers, management en ICT. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat en weet informatiebehoeften te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van ICT, informatiemanagement of bedrijfskundige informatica.
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen Business Intelligence, data-analyse of data-platformen.
  • Ervaring met SQL, datamodellering en Power BI.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Fabric of vergelijkbare data-platformen.
  • Sterke communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden.

Pré's zijn:

  • Ervaring binnen de zorgsector.
  • Kennis van ONS, AFAS, TOPdesk of vergelijkbare applicaties.
  • Ervaring met projectmatig werken of projectmanagement.
  • Kennis van Python, DBT of data-engineeringconcepten.
