Ondersteuner inkoop/ Inkoopondersteuner (tijdelijk) – Rotterdam (24 uur per week)

Door extra werkzaamheden binnen het team centrale ondersteuning inkoop zijn wij op zoek naar een Inkoopondersteuner die tijdelijk het team komt versterken. In deze functie ondersteun je bij contracten, administratieve werkzaamheden en het soepel laten verlopen van verschillende inkoopprocessen. Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie van 24 uur per week tot eind januari 2027.

Careyn is één van de grootste ouderenzorgorganisaties van Nederland en actief in de provincies Zuid-Holland en Utrecht. Je gaat aan de slag binnen de centrale ondersteuning in een enthousiast en professioneel inkoopteam van Careyn van vijf collega's. Je rapporteert aan de meewerkend teamleider Inkoop. Jouw standplaats is Rotterdam. Binnen Careyn wordt hybride gewerkt; een combinatie van werken op kantoor en vanuit huis is mogelijk.

Dit ga je doen als Ondersteuner inkoop

Je gaat de inkoopafdeling ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden rondom contracten en leveranciersbeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken goed worden vastgelegd en processen soepel verlopen.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
  • Het verlengen van bestaande overeenkomsten
  • Opstellen en verwerken van addenda
  • Afstemmen met leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • Coördineren van het ondertekenproces
  • Administratief vastleggen van contractuele afspraken
  • Ondersteunen bij het afsluiten van nieuwe, gestandaardiseerde overeenkomsten
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden binnen de inkoopafdeling.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 40: € 2.981,98 - € 3.864,43 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Een uitzendcontract via ons interne uitzendbureau Duozorg.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt overzicht en weet zelfstandig zaken te organiseren en op te volgen. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om op het snijvlak van inkoop en administratie actief te zijn.

  • Je hebt minimaal Mbo +/Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met inkoop, contractbeheer of administratieve processen;
  • Je beheerst Microsoft Office, waaronder Teams, Excel en Word goed.
  • Je hebt goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat zaken goed worden geregeld.
  • Wij zoeken een collega die in loondienst wil werken, daarom staat deze vacature niet open op freelance of werken op zzp-basis.
