Zorg jij voor overzicht, structuur en voortgang in een dynamische projectomgeving?

Bij Careyn werken we iedere dag aan toekomstbestendige zorg. Achter succesvolle projecten en veranderingen staat een goed georganiseerde ondersteuning. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren PMO/ Portfolio- en projectondersteuner die ervoor zorgt dat processen soepel verlopen, afspraken worden nagekomen en de juiste informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar is.

Ben jij een organisatietalent dat overzicht houdt in een complexe omgeving met meerdere projecten, stakeholders en besluitvormingsprocessen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.

Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie van 32- 36 uur per week tot eind januari 2027.

Dit ga je doen als Portfolio- en projectondersteuner

Als PMO / Portfolio- en Projectondersteuner zorg je voor structuur, overzicht en voortgang binnen het portfolio van Careyn. Je ondersteunt de Portfoliomanager bij de planning, voorbereiding en opvolging van werkzaamheden en bent de verbindende schakel tussen projecten, overlegstructuren en besluitvorming.

Je houdt overzicht op acties, deadlines en afhankelijkheden, organiseert overleggen zoals Triage en PET, bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie tijdig beschikbaar is. Daarnaast ondersteun je projectmanagers bij planning, rapportages en projectdocumentatie en draag je bij aan een soepele samenwerking tussen portfolio-, project- en besluitvormingsprocessen.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je ondersteunt de Portfoliomanager bij planning, organisatie en voortgangsbewaking.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert portfolio-overleggen en besluitvormingsprocessen.
  • Je bewaakt acties, deadlines en opvolging van afspraken.
  • Je zorgt voor actuele rapportages, documentatie en informatievoorziening.
  • Je ondersteunt projectmanagers en stimuleert een consistente projectaanpak.
  • Je verbindt verschillende stakeholders en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen projecten en portfolio.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 50: € 3.592,96 - € 4.822,50 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Uitzendcontract via ons interne uitzendbureau Duozorg.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ruime ervaring als PMO'er, projectondersteuner, projectsecretaris of vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring met project- en/of portfoliomanagement.
  • Ervaring met het ondersteunen van een senior manager of directiefunctionaris.
  • Kennis van governance-, besluitvormings- en projectprocessen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Organisatiesensitiviteit, tact en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
