OM AKTIVT STÖD

Aktivt Stöd arbetar med hemtjänst och omsorg med fokus på kvalitet, respekt och ett gott bemötande. Vi tror på att skapa trygghet genom kontinuitet, ansvar och nära samarbete mellan medarbetare, kunder och närstående.

OM ROLLEN

Som undersköterska arbetar du nära våra kunder och utgår från deras individuella behov och genomförandeplaner. Du blir en del av ett engagerat omsorgsteam där alla bidrar till att skapa en trygg och kvalitativ omsorg.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ge personlig omvårdnad och praktiskt stöd i kundens hem
  • Stödja kunder i vardagen och bidra till ökad självständighet
  • Utföra delegerade hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter
  • Observera kundens mående och rapportera förändringar till ansvarig personal
  • Dokumentera enligt gällande rutiner och genomförandeplaner
  • Samarbeta med kollegor, sjuksköterskor och andra yrkesgrupper
  • Bidra till kontinuitet, trygghet och kvalitet i omsorgen
  • Ha kontakt och samverka med närstående vid behov
  • Bidra till ett respektfullt bemötande med kunden i fokus

Anställningsgrad överenskommes ihop med chef från 80% och uppåt. Arbetstiderna kan förekomma på dag, kväll och helg. Start sker enligt överenskommelse.

Vi söker dig som är utbildad undersköterska och har ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med människor. Du vill bidra till att våra kunder får en trygg, värdig och kvalitativ vardag.

  • Har en undersköterskeutbildning
  • Har ett professionellt, varmt och respektfullt bemötande
  • Är ansvarstagande, lyhörd och trygg i ditt arbete
  • Kan arbeta självständigt och samtidigt uppskattar teamarbete
  • Är flexibel och har lätt för att anpassa dig efter olika kunders behov
  • Har god kommunikativ förmåga och behärskar svenska i tal och skrift
  • Är noggrann med dokumentation och följer rutiner och instruktioner
  • Har god samarbetsförmåga och ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt

Erfarenhet av hemtjänst är meriterande. Det är också meriterande om du har erfarenhet av delegerade hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter samt arbete med personer som har kognitiv svikt eller andra omsorgsbehov.
