Über 5.500 französische Händler sind bei uns registriert. Rund 200 davon bieten aktiv mit. Dazwischen liegt dein Job: Du rufst Autohäuser und Händlergruppen in Frankreich an, bringst sie vom ersten Login zum ersten Kauf und machst aus Gelegenheitskäufern Stammkunden. Du bist die erste Person, die wir für den französischen Markt einstellen, und die, die ihn aufmacht.

Standort: Zentral in Berlin – Du arbeitest vor Ort in unserem Büro, hybrid mit 3 Tagen Office und 2 Tagen Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst Leads und Vorregistrierungen aus unserem zentralen Team und führst französische Händler durch das Onboarding bis zum ersten Kauf.
  • Du aktivierst registrierte, aber inaktive Käufer: Du rufst an, qualifizierst, drehst Einwände und holst den Abschluss.
  • Du entwickelst dein Portfolio weiter: Du steigerst das Kaufvolumen pro Account, erkennst früh, wenn ein Händler abzuwandern droht, und holst ihn zurück.
  • Du steuerst deine Pipeline in Salesforce selbst und verantwortest deine KPIs: Calls, aktivierte Händler, Käufe, Umsatz pro Account.
  • Du bist die Stimme des französischen Marktes im Team: Was Händler brauchen, was sie bremst und was wir anpassen müssen, kommt von dir.

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb am Telefon mit eigenem Sales Cycle: Du hast Kunden selbst gewonnen und kannst das mit Zahlen belegen.
  • Du führst täglich Outbound-Gespräche mit Entscheidern und bist sicher in Einwandbehandlung und Verhandlung, telefonisch und per Video-Call.
  • Erfahrung mit einem CRM wie Salesforce oder HubSpot, inklusive Pipeline-Pflege und Forecast
  • Französisch auf C2-Niveau, Deutsch auf C1-Niveau
  • KI-affine Arbeitsweise: Du nutzt Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot aktiv im Arbeitsalltag.

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im Gebrauchtwagenhandel, im Autohaus oder mit Händlerkunden
  • Kenntnis des französischen Händlermarktes und seiner Einkaufsstrukturen
  • Erfahrung in Bestandskundenentwicklung, Cross- und Upselling
