  • Act as the Finance Systems subject matter expert for Tagetik, providing specialist support for financial consolidation, group reporting, statutory reporting and system functionality.
  • Define and maintain system standards, configurations, governance frameworks and controls to ensure the integrity, consistency and reliability of the consolidation environment.
  • Develop and maintain the Tagetik product roadmap, prioritising system enhancements, upgrades, releases and defect resolution activities in line with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, transformation and automation initiatives to streamline finance processes, reduce manual activities and enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Govern financial master data structures within Tagetik, including legal entities, reporting hierarchies, account mappings, dimensions and consolidation metadata, ensuring data integrity across connected systems.
  • Support organisational restructuring, acquisitions, divestments and reporting changes by maintaining accurate master data structures and consistent financial reporting.
  • Support period-end, quarter-end and year-end consolidation processes, monitoring system activities and resolving issues that could impact financial close and reporting deadlines.
  • Provide specialist support for group consolidation, statutory reporting and external reporting requirements, ensuring the effective operation of financial reporting solutions during critical reporting cycles.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business and reporting requirements into technical specifications and effective system solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Controllers, Financial Reporting and Consolidation teams, regional Finance, Digital Technology, Data teams, external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Champion platform adoption, user capability development and continuous enhancement of the Tagetik solution, identifying opportunities to standardise, automate and optimise finance processes globally.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, implementation projects and agile delivery initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration between Finance, Technology and external delivery partners.
  • Maintain compliance with financial systems governance, internal controls, data management standards and financial reporting requirements.

Experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, group reporting, statutory reporting and financial close processes.
  • Significant experience supporting finance systems and reporting applications, including proven experience with financial consolidation and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
  • Experience administering, implementing or supporting CCH Tagetik consolidation and financial reporting solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Experience managing financial master data, reporting hierarchies, account mappings and metadata structures within financial systems.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and JDE, including the integration of financial data across enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting and external financial reporting requirements, with an understanding of the impact of regulatory changes on financial systems and reporting processes.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestments and organisational restructuring, particularly in relation to financial systems, consolidation and master data management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global Finance, Technology and external delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage system enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in agile, project-based or structured system delivery environments, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results effectively.
  • Proactive and improvement-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, reporting quality, financial governance and operational efficiency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
