岗位职责

· 参与矿山数字孪生系统架构和核心模块开发，实现矿区地形、道路、作业区、建筑物、车辆和设备的三维场景表达。

· 接入车辆位置、姿态、速度、任务、载荷、告警、SOC 等实时数据，实现真实矿山与数字场景的低延迟同步。

· 开发车辆轨迹、道路拓扑、作业区域、装卸点、禁行区、临时道路等 2D/3D 空间可视化和交互能力。

· 参与大规模场景渲染性能优化，包括 LOD、空间索引、分块加载、实例化渲染、资源管理和大规模动态对象更新。

· 参与地图与空间数据处理，理解坐标系、投影、地理空间数据、道路网络以及 OpenDRIVE / GeoJSON 等常见数据形式。

· 建设场景回放和时间轴能力，将历史车辆轨迹、事件和告警还原到三维场景，用于问题定位和事故/运营分析。

· 与 Map Platform、WebGIS、Backend、Mine Intelligence、Simulation 等团队协作，逐步形成可复用的数字孪生平台，而非一次性项目 Demo。

岗位要求

· 计算机、软件工程、计算机图形学、数字媒体技术、GIS、测绘、自动化等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。

· 扎实的编程基础，熟悉 JavaScript / TypeScript、C++、Python、C# 中至少一种语言。

· 理解计算机图形学基础知识，如坐标变换、相机模型、渲染管线、纹理/网格、空间数据结构等。

· 对三维引擎或 Web3D 技术有实际项目经验，能够独立完成一个可交互的三维场景或可视化应用。

· 具备良好的工程意识，关注帧率、内存、加载时延、数据一致性和长期可维护性。

· 对矿山、机器人、自动驾驶或实时可视化系统有兴趣，愿意深入理解真实物理世界的数据和业务。

加分项

· 熟悉 Three.js、Cesium、WebGL/WebGPU、Unity、Unreal Engine 中的一种或多种。

· 有 WebGIS、GIS、点云、3D Tiles、BIM、数字孪生或大规模三维场景项目经验。

· 了解 OpenDRIVE、Lanelet、GeoJSON、坐标系转换、道路拓扑或路径网络。

· 接触过 ROS/ROS2、自动驾驶数据、LiDAR 点云、3DGS、场景仿真或机器人可视化。

· 有前端工程化经验，熟悉 React/Vue、实时 WebSocket 数据、高性能图形渲染或可视化组件开发。
