岗位职责

  • 场端系统部署架构：定义自主化站点的端到端参考架构和部署边界，覆盖现场网络、无线通信、服务器与边缘计算、控制室、定位基础设施、时间同步、远程访问及与客户 ICT 的接口。
  • Site Survey 与 Readiness：建立 Site Survey 方法、数据采集要求、风险清单和 Site Readiness Gate，评估地形、道路、遮挡、通信覆盖、电力、机房、网络安全和运营流程对部署的影响。
  • 网络与通信：制定网络容量、覆盖、冗余、QoS、漫游、回传链路和监控要求，评审 Wi-Fi、专网、光纤、微波或其他现场通信方案对自主化运行的适配性。
  • RTK / GNSS 与定位基础设施：定义 RTK Base、NTRIP / VRS、PBL 或其他定位增强方案的部署原则、覆盖验证、基准点管理、失效模式和验收标准。
  • 网络安全与访问控制：与网络安全团队协作制定站点分区、身份与权限、远程支持、日志、补丁、备份恢复及客户网络接入要求，并确保方案满足产品安全基线。
  • Commissioning 与验收：制定基础设施调试、覆盖测试、性能验证、故障注入和验收标准，支持关键站点的技术决策和 Customer Acceptance。
  • 区域资源赋能：通过部署包、图纸、Checklist、培训和设计评审指导 Regional Leads、MineStar、CI Autonomy、代理商和客户工程团队完成现场实施。
  • 持续改进：总结跨站点差异、部署问题和最佳实践，推动自动化诊断、配置模板、工具链和平台能力改进，提升部署效率与可扩展性。

任职要求

  • 通信、网络工程、计算机、自动化、电子工程、测绘 / GNSS 或相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先。
  • 通常具备资深的工业现场系统、矿山技术、网络通信、定位系统或复杂系统集成经验，并有大型现场部署的技术负责经历。
  • 深入理解企业与工业网络、无线覆盖、IP 架构、网络冗余、监控、远程访问以及现场 ICT 基础设施。
  • 熟悉 GNSS、RTK、NTRIP / VRS、坐标系统、基准站部署和定位质量验证中的一种或多种。
  • 能够主持 Site Survey、架构评审、风险分析、Commissioning 和 Customer Acceptance，并对复杂技术问题作出权威判断。
  • 具备良好的技术文档、跨团队协作、客户沟通和英文技术交流能力，并能够支持必要的现场出差。

加分项

  • 有露天矿山、无人驾驶、AHS、车路云协同或大型工业现场网络经验。
  • 有 Control Room、Edge Computing、PTP / NTP、Private LTE / 5G、Wi-Fi Mesh 或高精定位基础设施经验。
  • 熟悉 IEC 62443、NIST Cybersecurity Framework、ISO 27001 或工业网络安全实践。
  • 有全球部署标准、Reference Architecture 或 Dealer / Partner Enablement 建设经验。
