岗位职责

  • L2 技术权威：建立 L1 / L2 / Engineering Escalation 边界、故障分级和响应标准，对跨域、重复性或高业务影响问题提供最高级别技术判断。
  • 重大事件管理：牵头重大事件的技术响应、影响评估、恢复方案、客户沟通支持和复盘，协调 On-board、Back-office、Site Infrastructure、Cybersecurity 与 Machine Teams。
  • 根因分析：运用日志、遥测、配置、版本、车辆状态和现场证据组织系统性 RCA，识别直接原因、系统性原因和纠正 / 预防措施，并跟踪闭环有效性。
  • 可靠性管理：建立跨站点问题趋势、Failure Mode、Availability / Reliability 指标和 Top Issue 管理机制，推动重复问题消除及 Best Practice Replication。
  • 发布与回滚治理：组织 Release Readiness Review，评估已知问题、兼容性、验证证据、站点适用性、部署窗口、监控及 Rollback Plan，并对推广范围提出技术建议。
  • 站点配置治理：维护 Site Configuration Baseline，评审网络、机器、后台、地图、运营规则和客户环境变更，确保现场配置与已批准产品组合一致。
  • 工程接口与产品改进：将现场问题转化为可执行的 Engineering Work Items、优先级和验收标准，参与架构与设计评审，推动可诊断性、可维护性和故障恢复能力进入产品设计。
  • 知识与能力建设：建立 Known Issue、Troubleshooting Guide、Support Playbook 和培训机制，提升区域负责人、代理商和客户 L1 级别的独立诊断与恢复能力。

任职要求

  • 计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程、系统工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先。
  • 通常具备 8 年以上复杂软件、自动驾驶、工业控制、产品支持、系统集成或可靠性工程经验，并有重大客户问题的技术领导经历。
  • 具备跨车端、后台、网络、定位和站点运营边界分析系统问题的能力，能够从日志、遥测、配置和版本数据中形成证据链。
  • 熟悉 Incident Management、Problem Management、RCA、Release Management、Configuration Management 和 Reliability Improvement 的工程实践。
  • 能够在高压力客户事件中组织多团队决策，清晰区分临时恢复、根本修复、产品缺陷和现场配置问题。
  • 具备优秀的技术判断、书面沟通、客户沟通和英文协作能力，能够支持全球站点和必要的现场出差。

加分项

  • 有 AHS、无人驾驶、车队管理、调度平台或 24x7 工业系统支持经验。
  • 熟悉 ITIL、FRACAS、FMEA、8D、Fault Tree Analysis、SRE 或同类可靠性与问题管理方法。
  • 具备 SQL、Python、日志平台、Telemetry、Dashboard 或数据分析经验。
  • 有 Release Governance、Field Follow、Dealer Support、CPI / NPI 或跨站点配置管理经验。
