岗位概述

负责建立并领导可规模化的全球自主化产品交付与支持体系，贯通现场部署、客户验收、运营移交、Level2 产品支持与持续改进全生命周期。通过统一标准、技术治理和资源编排，协调 Engineering、Commercial、公司内部其他无人驾驶和远程遥控技术与服务、代理商及客户团队，确保多区域、多站点和多机器平台的一致交付、运营可靠性与长期客户成功。

岗位职责

· 全球战略与运营模式：制定全球 Deployment 与 Product Support 战略、组织能力及多阶段演进路线，明确核心团队、区域团队、代理商、客户 L1、MineStar、CI Autonomy 与 Engineering 之间的责任边界和协作机制。

· 端到端生命周期管理：对 Site Survey、Readiness Review、Installation、Commissioning、Customer Acceptance、Operational Handover、Level2 Support、Major Site Expansion 和产品退出等关键环节建立统一治理。

· 全球资源编排：根据项目组合、区域能力、客户优先级和技术风险配置核心专家与外部资源，建立可复用的 Partner / Dealer Capability Model，避免支持资源随站点数量线性增长。

· 重大升级与客户治理：担任重大客户事件和跨组织升级的最高责任人，建立事件分级、响应、决策、沟通、恢复和复盘机制，并确保客户风险和业务影响得到透明管理。

· 可靠性与发布治理：建立站点可靠性指标、问题趋势管理、Release Readiness、Deployment Approval、Rollback、Site Configuration Governance 和 Fleet Expansion Governance 机制。

· 标准化与规模化：推动部署包、验收标准、支持手册、培训体系、诊断工具和最佳实践的标准化，持续降低站点部署周期、现场依赖和重复性问题。

· 跨团队产品改进：将现场问题、客户使用反馈和可靠性数据转化为工程优先级，与系统架构、产品管理及开发团队推动设计改进和产品成熟度提升。

· 团队与人才领导：建设由 Principal Technical Authorities 与 Regional Leads 组成的专家团队，负责人才选拔、能力发展、继任规划、绩效目标和全球技术社区建设。

任职要求

· 工程、计算机、自动化、通信、矿业工程、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先。

· 通常具备5+复杂工业技术、自动驾驶、矿山数字化、产品交付或全球产品支持经验，其中包含跨区域团队或重大客户项目的领导经验。

· 具备从产品部署、客户验收到运营支持的完整生命周期管理经验，能够建立可规模化的流程、治理体系和 Partner / Dealer Delivery Model。

· 能够领导跨 Engineering、Commercial、Product Group、Dealer 和 Customer 的复杂决策，并在重大现场事件中平衡安全、客户运营、技术风险与业务目标。

· 理解自主化系统的关键组成，包括车端系统、站点网络、RTK / GNSS、后台平台、控制室、网络安全、发布与配置管理。

· 具备优秀的组织设计、战略判断、执行推动、客户沟通和高层汇报能力。

· 能够适应全球业务协作和必要的国内外出差，具备流利的英语书面与口头沟通能力。

加分项

· 有露天矿山、AHS / Autonomous Haulage、无人驾驶工程机械或大型工业自动化项目经验。

· 领导过多个站点或多个国家的部署、产品支持、可靠性改进或客户成功组织。

· 熟悉 ITIL、Incident / Problem Management、APQP / NPI、FMEA、RCA、FRACAS 或同类产品质量与可靠性方法。

· 具备 Dealer Capability Development、服务商业模式或全球合作伙伴管理经验。
