Suas principais responsabilidades

  • Importação, lançamento e conferência de documentos e notas fiscais;
  • Apuração de empresas do Simples Nacional e apoio na apuração de ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS e demais tributos;
  • Geração e conferência de guias e obrigações acessórias;
  • Conferência de retenções tributárias e acompanhamento de parcelamentos;
  • Consulta e apoio na regularização de pendências fiscais;
  • Atendimento aos clientes e solicitação de documentos para fechamento fiscal;
  • Organização de documentos e atualização de controles e sistemas;
  • Cumprimento de prazos e apoio às rotinas do Departamento Fiscal.
  • Demais atividades pertinentes.

O que buscamos (competências e requisitos)

  • Experiência anterior em Departamento Fiscal, preferencialmente em escritório contábil;
  • Conhecimento em Simples Nacional;
  • Noções de ICMS, ISS, PIS e COFINS;
  • Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias fiscais;
  • Facilidade com sistemas e rotinas digitais;
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis.

Diferenciais que contam pontos

  • Experiência com sistema Domínio e/ou ferramentas fiscais.
  • Vivência com ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS.
  • Experiência anterior em escritório contábil ou área fiscal interna.
