O que você vai fazer no dia a dia

  • Participar de eventos, grupos de networking e reuniões de relacionamento para identificar e gerar novas oportunidades comerciais;
  • Realizar reuniões com potenciais clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e identificando oportunidades de negócio;
  • Conduzir o processo comercial de ponta a ponta, desde a prospecção e qualificação até a negociação e fechamento;
  • Realizar reuniões presenciais e visitas a empresas para apresentação das soluções;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais, conduzir negociações e realizar follow-ups até o fechamento do contrato;
  • Gerenciar oportunidades, atividades e informações no CRM;
  • Manter um pipeline ativo e acompanhar cada oportunidade até sua conversão;
  • Acompanhar indicadores, metas e resultados comerciais.

O que buscamos em você (competências essenciais)

  • Perfil hands-on, competitivo(a) e com forte senso de dono;
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas e fechamento de negócios;
  • Organização e disciplina para gestão de pipeline, CRM e metas;
  • Resiliência, foco em resultados e capacidade de atuar em ambiente de alta performance;
  • Experiência como Closer, Executivo(a) de Vendas ou Inside Sales;
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de vendas (SPIN, Rapport e contorno de objeções);
  • Preferencialmente ter vivência em vendas de serviços, consultorias, educação ou soluções de alto ticket.
  • Necessário notebook.
