Contract: Full-time | Rotational Shifts

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary with Company Accommodation: €1,040.68 gross/month (Base salary + meal allowance + Christmas/Holiday bonuses + your apartment & utilities fully covered!)
  • Salary without Company Accommodation: €1,240.17 gross/month (If you prefer finding your own flat)
  • Paid Training Period: €92.80/week during the 10-day initial training (in English).

Your Role: Helping a Global Community

  • Support & Connect: Assist Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and support tickets.
  • Solve Problems: Guide users with account access, feature inquiries, and platform troubleshooting.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Native / Fluent Italian (C2) with good working English (B2) for training and internal communication.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and excited to live and work in a multicultural setting.
  • Ready to work in a 40h/week rotational shift model (Monday–Sunday).
  • Valid EU passport or existing work authorization for Portugal.
