We are looking for fluent German speakers (C1–C2) to join a premium, multilingual team in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting a market-leading Swiss telecommunications giant.

What You Will Do:

  • Be the friendly, professional voice representing a renowned Swiss telecom brand.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, billing questions, and troubleshooting via phone/digital channels.

  • Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction with every interaction.
