Voor CCM zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en proactieve sales assistent. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spil tussen sales, klanten, financiële administratie en het management team. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je ondersteunt het sales team in Europe en daarbij de VP sales, verwerkt financiële gegevens, beheert agenda’s en zorgt ervoor dat alles op kantoor soepel verloopt.

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is Europa's toonaangevende fabrikant van dak- en gevelsystemen. Wij produceren onder andere EPDM-folie, butyl tapes en TPO. Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen van het Europese salesteam bij dagelijkse commerciële activiteiten
  • Opstellen van contracten en verkoopdocumentatie
  • Opstellen en analyseren van verkooprapportages
  • Ondersteunen bij rapportages, budgetten en forecasts
  • Controleren van facturen en financiële documenten
  • Beheer van agenda’s van de VP sales en sales collega’s
  • Boeken van zakenreizen, vluchten, hotels en transport
  • MBO 4/HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende, administratieve of commerciële functie
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling
  • Goede kennis van MS office en PowerBI
  • Affiniteit met financiële administratie en data-analyse
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pré
