Wir suchen Dich für die Erweiterung unserer HR-Abteilung an unserem Standort in Hamburg-Harburg für 15-20 Std./Woche mit Start ab sofort als:

Werkstudent (gn) Personalwesen/HR

Was sind Deine Aufgaben bei uns?

  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Personalakten durch die strukturierte Aufbereitung, das Drucken, Scannen und die Ablage personalrelevanter Unterlagen
  • Sorgfältige Pflege und laufende Aktualisierung der physischen Personalakten zur Gewährleistung einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation
  • Überarbeitung und Optimierung bestehender Ordnerstrukturen unter Anleitung des HR-Teams zur Sicherstellung eines systematischen, effizienten und benutzerfreundlichen Zugriffs auf relevante Daten und Dokumente
  • Unterstützung der täglichen Abläufe innerhalb der Personalabteilung durch die Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben und die Mitwirkung an operativen HR-Prozessen
  • Du erhältst Einblicke in die laufenden Abläufe einer Personalabteilung in einem modernen und wachsenden Unternehmen, z.B. durch die aktive Begleitung unserer Onboarding-Prozesse
  • Immatrikulierter Student (gn) im Bereich Personalmanagement, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Affinität für Software und Digitalisierung, u.a. sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamarbeit in einem kleinen, aber starken und eingespielten Team
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
