Descrição da Vaga

Responsável por transformar informações operacionais em análises estratégicas, desenvolvendo relatórios, dashboards e indicadores para apoiar a gestão de todas as áreas da empresa, com foco em automação, organização de dados e melhoria contínua de processos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Análise de Dados, Estatística, TI ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida em Excel avançado, incluindo Power Query;
  • Experiência em Power BI e utilização de DAX;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com bom raciocínio lógico;
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados e gerar insights estratégicos;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida (presencial e home office).

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em Python;
  • Experiência com bibliotecas: Selenium, Pandas, PyAutoGUI;
  • Lógica de programação aplicada a automação e manipulação de dados;
  • Experiência em automação de processos e integração de sistemas.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Analisar dados de vendas, estoque, logística e operação, transformando em informações acionáveis;
  • Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais, garantindo acuracidade e confiabilidade dos dados;
  • Aplicar técnicas de análise avançada, manipulação e validação de dados;
  • Criar soluções para automação de processos e rotinas operacionais;
  • Desenvolver dashboards e métricas em Power BI, utilizando DAX;
  • Validar dados e indicadores estratégicos para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos operacionais;
  • Apoiar áreas de loja, Hub e Venda Direta na interpretação de dados estratégicos.
