Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Dados para integrar nosso time e apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas por meio da análise de dados e indicadores de desempenho.O profissional será responsável por desenvolver dashboards, relatórios e soluções analíticas, utilizando ferramentas como Power BI e Inteligência Artificial (IA) para otimizar processos e gerar insights para diferentes áreas da empresa.Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, visão de negócio e domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados, capaz de transformar informações em soluções que impulsionem os resultados.Se você se identifica com esse perfil, venha fazer parte do nosso time!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, implementar e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais no Power BI, garantindo a visualização clara e estratégica dos indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Realizar a extração, manipulação, tratamento e análise de dados utilizando SQL e bancos de dados Oracle;Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho, identificando tendências, oportunidades de melhoria e informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão;Interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa para compreender necessidades de negócio e transformá-las em soluções analíticas e relatórios personalizados;Garantir a qualidade, integridade, consistência e precisão dos dados utilizados nas análises e nos relatórios;Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos de dados, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência das informações;Automatizar processos de coleta, tratamento e atualização de dados, buscando maior agilidade e confiabilidade nas análises;Aplicar ferramentas e recursos de Inteligência Artificial (IA) para apoiar a construção, otimização e evolução de dashboards e análises;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de análise de dados, propondo soluções que contribuam para a eficiência operacional;Apoiar as áreas de negócio na interpretação dos indicadores e na utilização das informações para decisões estratégicas.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em TI, Dados ou áreas correlatas;Experiência como Analista de Dados ou BI;Domínio de Power BI, SQL e/ou Oracle;Conhecimento em modelagem, análise e integridade de dados;Certificações em Dados e aplicação de IA na criação de dashboards serão diferenciais.
