Deine Aufgaben

  • Rechnungsstellung: Verantwortung für alle Geschäftsbereiche in DE & US – vom Auftrag bis zur Zustellung inkl. Korrekturen und Gutschriften
  • Auftragsqualität: Prüfung von Neuverträgen und Verlängerungen auf Finanzkonformität, CRM-Datenpflege und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales/Renewals
  • E-Rechnung & Portale: Erstellung strukturierter E-Rechnungen (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) und Rechnungsübermittlung über Kundenportale (z. B. Ariba)
  • Abschluss & Reporting: Termingerechte Bereitstellung der Daten für den Monatsabschluss und Nachverfolgung der Abrechnungs-KPIs
  • Prozessentwicklung: Optimierung, Automatisierung und Dokumentation der Odoo-Workflows sowie Mitwirkung bei der Evaluierung neuer Abrechnungssysteme
  • Forderungsmanagement: Reibungsloser Übergang von Rechnung zu Zahlung und Mahnwesen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Accounting

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in der B2B-Rechnungsstellung, idealerweise im Software- oder Software-Abo-Umfeld
  • Systeme: Erfahrung mit Odoo oder einem vergleichbaren ERP- bzw. Abrechnungssysteme
  • E-Rechnung & Portale: Praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich E-Invoicing und im Umgang mit Einkaufsportalen
  • Steuerrecht: Gute USt.-Kenntnisse im internationalen B2B-Bereich inkl. Reverse-Charge und Intercompany-Geschäften
  • Finanzverständnis: Einblick in die Auswirkungen der Rechnungsstellung auf Cashflow, Umsatzabgrenzung und Monatsabschluss
  • Arbeitsweise: Präzise, strukturiert sowie fokussiert auf Prozessdokumentation und -optimierung
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in Debitorenbuchhaltung/Zahlungszuordnung, mit Systemen wie Chargebee oder Stripe Billing sowie bei Systemimplementierungen
