Wir suchen eine:n Associate im Bereich FutureTech. Du unterstützt Unternehmen dabei, sich erfolgreich in der digitalen Transformation zu positionieren – an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, Regulierung und Politik – und arbeitest gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen an spannenden Projekten zu aktuellen digitalpolitischen Themen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Workstreams zu politischen und regulatorischen Schlüsselthemen mit Schwerpunkt auf Cloud, KI, Cybersecurity, Datenökonomie und Digitalisierung
  • Recherche, Analyse und strukturierte Aufbereitung politischer Debatten, regulatorischer Trends und laufender Gesetzgebungsverfahren, insbesondere im Technologie‑Umfeld
  • Fortlaufendes Monitoring politischer und regulatorischer Entwicklungen auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene sowie Einordnung deren Relevanz für Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Positionierung von Mandanten im politischen und regulatorischen Umfeld, z. B. durch die Erstellung von Positionspapieren, Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Mitwirkung an Projekt‑ und Partnermanagement, einschließlich der Vorbereitung und Organisation von Mandaten, Veranstaltungen und internen Prozessen
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer thematischen Schwerpunkte, Kommunikationsformate und Netzwerke im Future-Tech‑Cluster

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in Politik‑, Wirtschafts‑, Sozial‑, Rechts‑ oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld, in Public Affairs, in politischen Institutionen (z. B. Bundestag, Ministerien, Verbände) oder in der Technologiebranche, etwa durch Praktika oder Werkstudium
  • Interesse an digitalen Technologien, Datenöokonomie und Regulierungsprozessen
  • Grundverständnis politischer und regulatorischer Zusammenhänge auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene oder hohe Motivation, sich schnell und eigenständig einzuarbeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch (fließend) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
