Als Junior Accountant (m/w/x) bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres Finance & Controlling Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse reibungslos laufen – von der Rechnungserstellung bis zur Abstimmung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen. Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail und deiner Affinität für Zahlen unterstützt du uns nicht nur bei der täglichen Buchhaltung, sondern auch bei Monatsabschlüssen und interner Prozessoptimierung. Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, dich weiterentwickeln und in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitgestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Buchführung nach dem Prinzip der doppelten Buchführung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Finance- & Controlling-Team bei der Umsetzung finanzrelevanter Prozesse
  • Überwachung und Buchung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Reisekosten- und Auslagenabrechnungen nach SKR04
  • Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Debitorenstammdaten
  • Erstellung und Versand von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Kommunikation mit externen Partner:innen, insbesondere mit unserer Steuerberaterin

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ eine abgeschlossene Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung oder Umschulung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten oder Finanzbuchhalter:in
  • Große Affinität zu Zahlen, digitalen Tools und effizienten Prozessen
  • Fundierte Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Teamorientiertes Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an einer abwechslungsreichen und eigenverantwortlichen Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
