About

As Sales Manager / Partner Acquisition, you will be responsible for the strategic expansion of our dealer network in the UK & EMEA region, with a particular focus on acquiring high-quality leads and expanding into the UK. You will play a key role in analyzing competitors, developing market strategies, and entering new markets. You will also be responsible for monitoring and adhering to the previously agreed KPIs

  • Supply and Demand Analysis: Researching and analyzing local markets to optimize our strategy.
  • Market Expansion: Leading expansion into the UK and entering new markets through targeted business development initiatives.
  • Presence and Appearance: Ensuring a strong presence at business meetings and industry events.
  • Trade Show Appearances: Planning and executing trade show appearances to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Reporting: Creating detailed reports to monitor progress and support strategic decision-making.
  • Teamwork: Effectively collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.

What sets you apart

  • Good networking in the UK and excellent knowledge of local conditions and culture.
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in partner acquisition or business development.
  • Proven success in acquiring high-quality leads and expanding into new markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English. German and additional language skills are an advantage.
  • This role involves regular travel, mainly across the UK, with occasional trips to other EMEA markets.
