About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who will primarily support the recruitment function along with other HR operational activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes and corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Source candidates through job portals & LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes as per job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates & hiring managers
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Maintain candidate trackers & databases
  • Follow up for feedback and joining formalities

HR Operations & General Activities:

  • Support onboarding & documentation of new hires
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Prepare HR reports & MIS
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (HR or related field preferred)
  • Strong interest in HR & Recruitment
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
