ABOUT THE ROLE

As the founding product designer at an early-stage B2B SaaS company, you will own design across an agentic integration platform and its runtime environment. Working closely with product leadership, you will shape the product experience and establish design foundations for the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design experiences where people and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations.

- Design platform workflows for deployments, runtime management, observability, and logs.

- Implement and ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript without handoffs to engineers.

- Establish the product's design language, component system, and reusable UX patterns.

- Partner with product leadership on product direction and design decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- One to five years of product design experience, with shipped work that demonstrates strong craft, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.

- Proficiency building and shipping production frontend experiences with React and TypeScript.

- Experience with design tools such as Figma or equivalent, including high-fidelity design and prototyping.

- Experience designing dense, technical B2B SaaS products and familiarity with agentic or human-computer interaction patterns.

- A portfolio showing shipped product work, plus experience establishing design systems, component libraries, or design standards.

- Interest in a fast-paced, in-person early-stage environment; experience with developer platforms, observability, or AI product interfaces is relevant.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The salary range is $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually, with equity and health coverage. Visa sponsorship is available.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
