ABOUT THE ROLE

Own the English-speaking top of funnel for a growing B2B SaaS company in AI-powered business communications. You will qualify prospects, hand off strong opportunities to Account Executives, and help refine the sales development approach within a small, fast-moving team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage English-speaking prospects from first contact through qualified demo handoff.

- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing.

- Conduct outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Develop and improve outreach sequences by testing ideas and measuring results.

- Help build and refine sales development processes.

- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Native or C2-level English proficiency.

- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales development or telesales.

- Experience with multichannel outreach and iterating on sales sequences.

- B2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.

- A competitive, metrics-driven approach and motivation to work toward performance-based compensation.

- Willingness to work from Vienna temporarily for approximately one to two months.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: £50,000 to £75,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in London, England, United Kingdom, with a temporary work period of approximately one to two months in Vienna, Austria.
