ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage product engineering team building AI-powered software for the freight and logistics industry. You will work closely with the founding team and customers, shaping product direction and building reliable systems that help automate operational workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Speak with customers and translate their needs into product direction, system architecture, and shipped features.
- Build full-stack capabilities across user interfaces, backend logic, LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
- Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of AI features running in production.
- Develop robust distributed and serverless systems, balancing rapid delivery with maintainability and scale.
- Own technical projects from architecture through delivery and iteration, contributing to product and technical strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years building and shipping full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript in production.
- Proficiency with React and experience designing MongoDB schemas for performance and flexibility.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered features, including prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context management, and error recovery.
- Experience with distributed systems, serverless infrastructure, observability, tracing, and metrics for debugging production workflows.
- Familiarity with vector stores, embedding pipelines, LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and AI evaluation or validation.
- A record of owning projects end to end, shipping useful products, and iterating with users in fast-changing environments.
- Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is helpful, along with curiosity about how industries work.
