il nostro Cliente è un'azienda leader nel settore zootecnico e nella produzione di strutture metalliche destinate ad allevamenti bovini, suini e avicoli. L'azienda opera, inoltre, nel campo delle energie rinnovabili, occupandosi della progettazione, produzione e installazione di impianti biogas, biometano e fotovoltaici.

Stiamo ricercando un Addetto/a Ufficio Gestione Commesse che sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

  • Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento delle commesse dalla definizione della data di consegna fino alla chiusura, con coordinamento costante tra produzione interna, fornitori esterni e ufficio acquisti.
  • Organizzazione e gestione delle spedizioni dei prodotti finiti verso clienti, magazzini interni o altre destinazioni, utilizzando trasportatori interni, corrieri o vettori esterni.
  • Gestione operativa dei trasporti affidati a corrieri e vettori, inclusa la documentazione di competenza (esclusi i DDT).
  • Risoluzione delle criticità legate a ritardi, imprevisti o richieste urgenti, garantendo continuità operativa e rispetto delle tempistiche.

Principali requisiti:

  • Attitudine a lavorare in team, condivisione di intenti e di programmi con il resto dell'ufficio
  • Flessibilità di orari e affidabilità nel portare a termine il lavoro iniziato
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Excel in particolare
  • Preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o francese.
