Responsabilità principali

Come BDR Team Manager, avrai un ruolo chiave nella costruzione del motore outbound che guiderà ladozione dellAI nel settore legale. Le tue responsabilità includeranno:

  • Guidare, formare e sviluppare un team di BDR, attraverso 1:1 settimanali, coaching sulle chiamate, supporto su deal e account, piani di performance e diagnostica delle skill.
  • Assumere piena ownership sulla generazione di pipeline qualificata per il segmento Mid-Market / Enterprise
  • Costruire un sistema outbound scalabile: definizione ICP, framework di messaging, multi-threading, account planning, sequenze multicanale (email / telefono / LinkedIn), gestione delle obiezioni e disciplina del next step.
  • Coordinare iniziative di account-based marketing e garantire una transizione efficace da BDR AE.

Competenze richieste

  • Esperienza comprovata nella guida di team BDR in ambito B2B SaaS, con successi concreti nella generazione di pipeline.
  • Competenze outbound avanzate su target Mid-Market / Enterprise: account-based prospecting, multi-stakeholder mapping, multi-threading, value-based messaging.
  • Forte attitudine al coaching, capace di diagnosticare performance e sviluppare piani di miglioramento.
  • Approccio analitico e data-driven, con familiarità con metriche di funnel, test, conversioni e performance management.
  • Ottima conoscenza di CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), strumenti di sequenziamento e Sales Navigator.
