Il ruolo

Stiamo ricercando una figura di Business Developer – Strategic Initiatives, che avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e posizionare una linea di business legata alle soluzioni per la catena del freddo.

Il ruolo prevede un'elevata esposizione interna ed esterna, con l'obiettivo di creare opportunità, costruire relazioni e contribuire alla definizione del posizionamento dell'offerta.

Responsabilità principali

- Mappare e analizzare il mercato della logistica del freddo, identificando opportunità di sviluppo e nuovi ambiti applicativi

- Sviluppare e consolidare relazioni con stakeholder chiave (operatori logistici, partner industriali, consulenti, ecc.)

- Collaborare con i team tecnici per tradurre i bisogni del mercato in soluzioni concrete e certificabili

- Partecipare a fiere, eventi e tavoli di lavoro nazionali e internazionali

- Agire come punto di riferimento nella gestione dei rapporti con partner esterni

- Contribuire allo sviluppo e al posizionamento della linea di business all'interno dell'organizzazione

- Garantire una presenza attiva sul territorio, con ampia disponibilità a trasferte

Requisiti

- Esperienza significativa nel settore della logistica del freddo o in ambiti affini - Approccio consulenziale e capacità di sviluppare business in contesti non completamente strutturati - Attitudine a lavorare su iniziative strategiche e progetti trasversali - Ottime capacità relazionali e di networking - Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente (trasferte nazionali)
