Storico produttore italiano di nastri, barre, lamiere e tubi in acciaio inox, presente a livello nazionale e internazionale. Attivo in Italia con 2 stabilimenti produttivi e filiali commerciali in Francia e Germania.

Ruolo

Sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale sul mercato tedesco, primo mercato potenziale di crescita per l'azienda. Gestirà un pacchetto clienti affidato, da sviluppare, affiancando un'attività di scouting e new business su settori di interesse strategico.

Responsabilità

  • Sviluppo del pacchetto clienti esistente e acquisizione di nuovi clienti (new business)
  • Gestione autonoma di tutta la pipeline commerciale (dal primo contatto)
  • Collaborazione con back office e ufficio marketing, a supporto nella generazione di lead qualificate
  • Coordinamento con il Customer Service basato in Germania
  • Individuazione e segnalazione in azienda di nuovi settori e applicazioni
  • Trasferte in Germania (~30% del tempo); nessun target di visita fisso, ma valorizzata la presenza sul cliente
  • Reportistica delle attività tramite CRM Salesforce

Competenze

  • Tedesco C1/C2 – requisito imprescindibile
  • 5+ anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali/sales, preferibilmente B2B e internazionali
  • Esperienza in aziende di prodotto tecnico
