L'azienda si distingue per la capacità di sviluppare soluzioni customizzate e non standard, rispondendo alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti in settori complessi e ad alta tecnologia. Negli ultimi anni l'azienda ha ampliato il proprio portafoglio di rappresentate e ha deciso di investire in modo strategico sul settore waste water, con un focus particolare su aziende pubbliche o aziende che lavorano a stretto contatto con il settore pubblico.

Il Ruolo

Siamo alla ricerca di figura commerciale con esperienza consolidata e portafoglio clienti nel settore, che risponderà direttamente al Direttore Commerciale. Le sue responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti esistente (10) nell'ambito trattamento acque reflue
  • Attività di new business development verso nuovi clienti, in particolare aziende pubbliche (gestori del servizio idrico, depuratori) o realtà che lavorano con il settore pubblico
  • Costruzione e mantenimento di relazioni con interlocutori tecnici e decisori nel mondo delle acque reflue
  • Proposizione di soluzioni customizzate in linea con le esigenze specifiche dei clienti
  • Presidio del mercato e delle opportunità legate alle rappresentate

Requisiti

  • Esperienza commerciale di almeno 5 anni nel settore waste water / trattamento acque reflue
  • Portafoglio clienti e contatti consolidati
  • Gradita provenienza tecnica/commerciale da realtà di riferimento del settore, con conoscenza diretta degli interlocutori chiave del mercato
  • Attitudine allo sviluppo di nuovo business, oltre alla gestione del cliente consolidato
  • Autonomia, proattività e capacità di muoversi su interlocutori sia tecnici che decisionali

Sede di lavoro

La posizione può essere basata sia in provincia di Milano che di Brescia, con presenza in ufficio richiesta una volta a settimana.
