Per un'importante realtà industriale italiana leader nello sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate ricerchiamo un/una Export Sales Account Manager per supportare un ambizioso piano di espansione internazionale.

L'azienda opera in mercati ad alta specializzazione tecnica, con soluzioni dedicate sia al comparto industriale sia al settore security, offrendo tecnologie innovative a clienti e distributori su scala globale.

Sede: Mandello del Lario (LC)

Modalità: Ibrida

Territorio di riferimento: Worldwide

Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali: circa 50%

Il ruolo La figura avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare, gestire e consolidare il business export nei mercati internazionali, contribuendo attivamente alla crescita commerciale globale.

Principali responsabilità - Sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali a livello internazionale attraverso acquisizione di nuovi clienti, distributori e partner strategici. - Gestire e rafforzare relazioni commerciali con clienti direzionali e reti distributive estere. - Analizzare mercati non ancora presidiati e definire strategie di penetrazione commerciale. - Promuovere soluzioni tecnologiche complesse ad alto valore aggiunto, individuando le migliori risposte alle esigenze dei clienti. - Elaborare offerte commerciali, negoziare contratti e supervisionare l'intero ciclo di vendita internazionale. - Garantire conformità normativa e regolatoria dei prodotti nei mercati di destinazione. - Collaborare con team interni (marketing, operations, logistica, produzione) per garantire execution efficace dei progetti commerciali. - Supportare attività di formazione tecnico-commerciale verso distributori e partner. - Partecipare a fiere, eventi e incontri strategici internazionali. - Monitorare trend di mercato, competitor e nuove opportunità di business.

Profilo ideale

- Background formativo tecnico. - Esperienza di 2/3 anni in ruoli export sales/business development in contesti industriali, tecnologici o machinery o di 4-5 anni in ambito tecnico commerciale estero. - Solida esperienza nella vendita internazionale di prodotti o sistemi tecnici a media/alta complessità. - Spiccate capacità commerciali, negoziali e di sviluppo rete distributiva globale. - Conoscenza di: INCOTERMS, Credito documentario, Normative export e restrizioni internazionali - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). - Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte internazionali.
