Il nostro cliente è una realtà industriale strutturata, attiva a livello nazionale e internazionale, che opera nello sviluppo e commercializzazione di soluzioni tecniche ad alto contenuto tecnologico. Nell'ottica di potenziamento della propria Business Unit Industriale, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una Product Manager.

Ruolo e responsabilità

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del Sales Team della BU Industriale e riporterà direttamente al Sales Manager di riferimento. In stretta collaborazione con quest'ultimo, avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo commerciale della Business Unit, con l'obiettivo di incrementare i volumi di business, consolidare la documentazione tecnico-commerciale e supportare la forza vendita dal punto di vista tecnico.

In particolare, la figura si occuperà di:

- Definizione e redazione delle specifiche di prodotto, gestendo i requisiti interni e quelli dei clienti;

- Gestione delle trattative commerciali con clienti e distributori assegnati;

- Produzione di documentazione tecnico-commerciale a supporto delle attività di sviluppo del business;

- Supporto tecnico alla rete commerciale in relazione a specifiche di prodotto e soluzioni applicative;

- Collaborazione all'individuazione e partecipazione a fiere internazionali e ad altre iniziative di marketing, in coordinamento con l'area Marketing;

- Gestione delle certificazioni di prodotto;

- Redazione della documentazione tecnica per gare d'appalto;

- Inserimento e gestione degli ordini, supportando le attività di raccolta e organizzazione delle informazioni utili alla relazione con i clienti;

- Supporto nell'erogazione di corsi tecnici rivolti a clienti e distributori;

- Relazione costante con le diverse funzioni aziendali (produzione, pianificazione, logistica) per supportare la corretta evasione degli ordini;

- Analisi e scouting di nuovi prodotti, mercati e opportunità di business;

- Supporto alla creazione di manualistica tecnica e istruzioni operative.

Quali requisiti verificheremo

- Diploma e/o Laurea in discipline tecniche (meccaniche, elettriche o elettroniche), con spiccata attitudine commerciale;

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi;

- Ottima conoscenza del mercato nazionale e internazionale di riferimento per i prodotti della divisione;

- Buona conoscenza delle tecnologie applicate ai prodotti gestiti (preferibilmente esperienza in ambito Raggi X);

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;

- Spiccate capacità organizzative e analitiche, predisposizione al lavoro in team;

- Approccio proattivo, spirito di iniziativa, precisione e forte orientamento al problem solving;

- Elevato livello di autonomia operativa.
