The posting

Per una realtà nel settore Oil & Gas, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo di Responsabile Operations da inserire all'interno della Direzione Tecnica.

La figura, riportando al Direttore Tecnico, avrà la responsabilità di garantire l'efficienza operativa, la sicurezza e la qualità dei processi aziendali, coordinando le attività operative e assicurando il rispetto delle normative di settore.

Principali responsabilità

  • Pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare le attività operative relative agli impianti, alla logistica e ai servizi tecnici.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza, ambiente e qualità.
  • Ottimizzare i processi operativi con l'obiettivo di migliorare efficienza, produttività e controllo dei costi.
  • Gestire il budget operativo e monitorare i principali KPI.
  • Collaborare con le funzioni Tecnica, Commerciale e HSE per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Coordinare e sviluppare il team operativo, promuovendo una cultura orientata alla sicurezza, alle performance e al miglioramento continuo.
  • Supervisionare le attività di distribuzione del gas, garantendo continuità del servizio, efficienza operativa e il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e delle normative vigenti.
  • Supervisionare le attività di gestione delle infrastrutture e degli impianti, assicurando la corretta pianificazione della manutenzione preventiva e correttiva.
  • Coordinare le attività di manutenzione e le verifiche di integrità degli asset aziendali, garantendo la conformità alle normative vigenti.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Chimica o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di responsabilità operativa all'interno di aziende del settore Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chimico o Impiantistica Industriale.
  • Solida conoscenza delle normative in materia di sicurezza, ambiente e manutenzione degli impianti.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team multidisciplinari.
  • Spiccate capacità di leadership, pianificazione, problem solving e gestione del cambiamento.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale (20%)

Retribuzione indicativa: €60.000 – €70.000
