Per un nostro cliente, realtà fintech italiana in forte crescita specializzata nel finanziamento del capitale circolante tramite crediti commerciali, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Risk Specialist da inserire all'interno del team Risk.

La società sta attraversando una fase di evoluzione con l'obiettivo di rendere il business sempre più scalabile, strutturato e orientato alla gestione del rischio, rafforzando i processi di selezione degli asset e di controllo del portafoglio.

Il ruolo La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Risk con un ruolo inizialmente orientato al supporto operativo, contribuendo alla gestione dei workflow e al miglioramento dell'efficienza dei processi.

Si tratta di un'opportunità ideale per chi desidera crescere rapidamente in un contesto dinamico e poco burocratico, con forte esposizione alle tematiche di credito e rischio.

Responsabilità principali -Supporto ai processi Risk

- Supporto nell'esecuzione dei workflow su pratiche di diversa complessità

- Verifica della completezza e qualità della documentazione

- Gestione delle pratiche nel rispetto di priorità e SLA

- Contributo alla riduzione di colli di bottiglia e inefficienze operative

- Supporto nella standardizzazione dei processi e riduzione del rework

- Asset selection, controlli e portafoglio

- Supporto nelle attività di selezione degli asset tramite criteri e checklist

- Esecuzione di controlli di primo livello per individuare anomalie o segnali di rischio/frode

- Supporto alle attività di analisi credito (seller, debitori, operazioni)

- Supporto alle attività di portfolio management e servicing

- Monitoraggio e segnalazione di criticità ricorrenti

- Contributo al miglioramento continuo di processi e strumenti

Requisiti - Esperienza in ruoli quali Junior Analyst, Credit Analyst, Operations Specialist o Back Office Crediti

- Ottima attenzione al dettaglio e precisione

- Approccio operativo e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici

- Buona capacità di apprendimento e crescita progressiva

- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e strumenti digitali

- Organizzazione
