Il contesto In una fase di forte sviluppo della funzione Supply, l'azienda sta rafforzando un team di pianificazione composto da 2 Demand Planner e 2 Supply Planner. Cerchiamo una figura trasversale su forecast e replenishment, con focus prevalente sulla parte supply.

La posizione Il/La Supply & Demand Planner garantisce la disponibilità dei prodotti nel magazzino centrale (OWAC) e nei negozi, assicurando l'allineamento tra piano di approvvigionamento e demand plan. Il contesto è dinamico: circa il 35-40% delle attività richiede reattività e gestione dell'imprevisto (ritardi fornitori, urgenze negozi, lanci last-minute).

Responsabilità principali

  • Calcolo e rilascio degli ordini ai fornitori secondo il demand plan; gestione del ciclo di riordino per novità, lanci, phasing in/out e one-shot
  • Impostazione e manutenzione dei parametri di supply (facing, multipli, giorni copertura, safety stock)
  • Monitoraggio conferme ordine, chasing fornitori, gestione ritardi e criticità inbound con Operations
  • Presidio quotidiano di stock OWAC e store availability; identificazione rischi di OOS, aging e overstock
  • Contributo al forecast insieme ai Demand Planner: analisi scostamenti, impatti di promo, pricing e lifecycle
  • Partecipazione alle supply review mensili nell'ambito del processo S&OP
  • Supporto ai negozi e coordinamento con Category, A&P e Logistica
  • Analisi e reporting su KPI (store availability, OOS rate, DIO, aging, rotazioni, performance lanci) e sviluppo dashboard

Profilo Ideale

  • Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale o affini) o Economia
  • Minimo 4 anni di esperienza in Demand/Supply Planning, Stock Planning o ruoli analoghi in contesti retail o aziende strutturate
  • Conoscenza di tool di approvvigionamento (Relex, SAP, JDA o equivalenti)
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel e strumenti analitici
  • Inglese fluente
