Il nostro cliente è una multinazionale nell'ambito retail con una rete di punti vendita in Italia e in Europa.

Il Senior BI Analyst guida l'evoluzione della piattaforma BI ed è il referente per la data integration del perimetro BI nell'area di competenza.

Non è un ruolo di sola esecuzione: propone soluzioni e le sostiene davanti al business, ai team SAP/IT e ai fornitori. Una posizione in grado di crescere, con spazio per portare, se necessario, nuove tecnologie oltre lo stack Microsoft, grazie alla collaborazione diretta con il dipartimento BI di Corporate — con prospettiva di estendersi a responsabilità cross-country.

Responsabilità principali

  • Guidare la roadmap della piattaforma BI, in coerenza con il percorso di internazionalizzazione della country.
  • Essere il referente per la data integration del perimetro BI, inclusi i nuovi flussi e modelli dati nativi SAP, in collaborazione con il team SAP local e corporate
  • Valutare e introdurre soluzioni AI-oriented per reporting, automazione e self-service analytics (es. Copilot, Microsoft Fabric).
  • Coordinare i fornitori su progetti di implementazione, manutenzione evolutiva e delivery.
  • Raccogliere i requisiti di business e tradurli in soluzioni di analisi, reporting e KPI.
  • Garantire qualità, coerenza e governance del dato, in linea con le policy Group.
  • Gestire il demand, con priorità e pianificazione in autonomia (un plus metodologia OKR)
  • Essere riferimento tecnico verso i team di paese, ponendo le basi per un futuro coordinamento cross-country.
  • Contribuire a standard, documentazione e best practice per le country di competenza

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Statistica, Matematica o affini.
  • Esperienza consolidata (indicativamente 6+ anni) in Data Analytics / BI, con crescita in autonomia e responsabilità.
  • Esperienza nel coordinamento di fornitori, team tecnici o progetti BI.
  • Ottima conoscenza di SQL (sviluppo, ottimizzazione viste e SP) e tecnologie Microsoft BI.
  • Conoscenza di Data Warehouse, modellazione dimensionale e Data Mart.
  • Familiarità con Azure e Microsoft Fabric; interesse concreto per l'AI applicata a reporting e data quality.
  • Apertura verso altri ecosistemi dati (es. dbt, Snowflake), grazie alla collaborazione con il dipartimento BI di Corporate.
  • Interesse a costruire competenze sul modello dati S/4HANA (pregressa esperienza SAP BW un plus)
  • Conoscenza di Python per analisi dati, automazione e integrazione.
  • Ottimo inglese necessario per la collaborazione continua con i colleghi internazionali
