La nostra azienda cliente è una solida realtà nel panorama IT italiano, con oltre 25 anni di successi nel settore. La realtà sta attraversando un'importante fase di espansione e di forte rinnovamento tecnologico. Per supportare questa crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Linux System Administrator.

Tra i progetti interni che stanno portando avanti è la gestione di una infrastruttura di Private Cloud proprietaria, progettata e sviluppata internamente per offrire i massimi livelli di sicurezza e performance nell'erogazione dei servizi. In questo contesto stimolante, non sarai un semplice esecutore: avrai lo spazio e l'autonomia per proporre soluzioni e miglioramenti infrastrutturali, supportato da un piano di formazione costante e crescita professionale.

Responsabilità e attività chiave

  • Gestione, ottimizzazione e manutenzione dell'infrastruttura core basata su ambienti Linux e virtualizzazione VMware.
  • Amministrazione e configurazione dei servizi infrastrutturali di rete fondamentali (DNS, DHCP, NTP, AD/LDAP).
  • Monitoraggio delle performance dei sistemi, gestione della sicurezza (hardening) e delle politiche di backup e disaster recovery.
  • Contributo attivo alla progettazione e all'evoluzione dell'infrastruttura Private Cloud aziendale.

Requisiti richiesti (Obbligatori)

  • Consolidata esperienza (almeno 4-5 anni) in ambito sistemistico su distribuzioni Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu).
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'ipervisore VMware vSphere (gestione cluster di produzione, HA, live migration, shared storage).
  • Autonomia completa nella gestione dei servizi di rete core: DNS, DHCP, NTP e Active Directory / LDAP.
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di networking di base (Ethernet, VLAN, routing).

Nice to have (Costituiscono un plus gradito)

  • Conoscenza di ipervisori alternativi o open-source (KVM, Proxmox).
  • Familiarità con strumenti di automazione e scripting (Ansible, Bash, Python).
  • Esperienza con storage enterprise o software-defined (SAN, Ceph, vSAN).

  • RAL: € 50.000 - € 60.000 (valutabile in base all'effettiva esperienza del candidato).
