Chi cerchiamo

Per un punto vendita situato a Brunico, zona ad alta vocazione turistica, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Store Manager che sappia guidare con energia e spirito d'iniziativa un team di 2 colleghi in un negozio dalle forti potenzialità, ancora da consolidare e plasmare.

Il tuo ruolo

  • Coordinare il punto vendita a 360°: gestione autonoma di orari, turni ed emergenze, organizzazione delle attività del team per un efficace presidio dei flussi di vendita
  • Monitorare e analizzare i KPI del negozio
  • Mantenere una costante interlocuzione con l'Area Manager di riferimento in merito alle prestazioni economiche dello store, per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi definiti dall'azienda
  • Curare l'immagine e l'allestimento del negozio secondo le linee guida di Marketing e Visual Merchandising
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure interne e dei valori aziendali
  • Formare, motivare e far crescere il team

Cosa cerchiamo in te

  • Esperienza pregressa come Store Manager, oppure in ruoli quali Store Assistant, Vice Store Manager o Store Coordinator, con reale prospettiva di crescita verso il ruolo
  • Provenienza preferibile dal mondo Beauty; valutiamo comunque profili solidi provenienti dal Retail anche non beauty, purché con esperienza in boutique monomarca o multibrand
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi e delle procedure di gestione di un punto vendita
  • Mentalità analitica e attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi/KPI
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco (requisito importante per il contesto locale) e conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1 utile)
  • Ottime doti organizzative, motivazionali e di leadership
  • Spirito di iniziativa, curiosità, self-motivation e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, orientamento al problem solving e al lavoro in team
  • Preferenza per candidati residenti in zona

Pacchetto retributivo

  • RAL indicativa fino a € 30.000,00 (III livello CCNL Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata, art. 97 e seguenti), valutabile in base all'esperienza
